Things you can do NOW to start losing fat:
1) Start strength training.
Strength training helps you retain and gain muscle while speeding up your metabolism to burn fat.
2) Get enough sleep.
Studies show that sleeping longer than 7 hours per night can help you lose weight.
3) Add vinegar to your diet.
1-2 tablespoons per day can help metabolize fat at a faster rate.
4) Eat foods high in fiber. 10 mg. of fiber daily or more
5) Cut out beverages that are hight in sugars!
Soda and alcohol can lead to fat and weight gain at a rapid rate. Drinking these beverages can also be appetite stimulants leading to poor food decisions and extra calories.
