Exercises to get you back on track:

So you’ve been out of the gym, well, for a while and you don’t know where to start. We are here to help! Here are some exercises to start with:

Squats
Calf raises
Deadlifts (use light weight)
Forearm Planks
Bicep curls

It may seem simple, but starting with the basics is a great way to ease yourself back into it. We recommend super-setting each exercise into 3 rounds of 10-15 reps or 30-60 seconds each. Focus on form first, and don’t forget to warm up and cool down with some cardio!
