With Halloween right around the corner, we wanted to give you the recipe of the season.
Utilizing our 100% whey protein isolate, ISO HP we know you will love these seasonal muffins!
INGREDIENTS:
1 ¼ cup oat flour do NOT pack… scoop into measuring cup and level
1 cup pumpkin puree
¾ cup greek yogurt
2 large eggs
½ cup packed vanilla flavored Iso HP
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1 ¼ cup oat flour do NOT pack… scoop into measuring cup and level
1 cup pumpkin puree

½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup dark chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Add the oat flour, pumpkin, greek yogurt, eggs, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda to a large mixing bowl and stir with a hand mixer or wooden spoon until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips, saving some to sprinkle on top.
3. Distribute into 12 greased muffin liners.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
